Another stellar chest night. Think I’m getting better, but this workout use to be a breeze, now i’m having some difficulty.

Diamond push-ups: 10×3
Regular push-ups: 10×3
Wide push-ups: 10×3
Incline diamond: 10×3
Incline: 10×3
Incline wide: 10×3
Decline diamond: 10×3
Decline push-up: 10×3
Decline wide: 10×3

30 Crunches between each set

So that was last night, this morning I followed it up with a brutal MadBarz routine. 90 seconds between each circuit and no rest between exercises. creates a great burn.
