Increased my reps today and feeling good. Neck is still a little stiff but the pain is gone. So it allows me to push a little bit more.

Diamond push-ups: 15×3
Regular push-ups: 15×3
Wide push-ups: 15×3
Incline diamond: 15×3
Incline: 15×3
Incline wide: 15×3
Decline diamond: 15×3
Decline push-up: 15×3
Decline wide: 15×3
30 Crunches between each set

So that was tonight, this morning I knocked out a  MadBarz routine. 90 seconds between each circuit and no rest between exercises. creates a great burn.
