Not that I haven’t wanted to post, but haven’t been doing anything. Pinched nerve in my neck has been getting progressively worse. To the point if I do any pull or push exercises, spikes are driven into the base of my skull. Doctors say to give it time and let it heal.

Gives me time to catch up on my leg routines though.

Have to stop feeling sorry for myself and get back into the groove.
