So not really happy with myself.
Back to Day 1. Up ten pounds from my last post in September, not in bad shape, just not where I want to be. Weighing in today at 176lbs. Diet has been returned to no processed food with lots of veggies and protein. Six small meals throughout the day versus 3 large meals and already feeling a little more energetic.
So today was a rest day, which means cardio, but still a light day.
40 minutes on the Stair Master, average heart rate 148.
Let the journey begin again.
