So todays workout, harder than I thought it would be, but did better than I thought I would.

Pull-up pyramid with push-ups.

1 pull-up
10 push-ups
2 pull-ups
10 push-ups

Goal is to go all the way to 10 pull-ups. I managed to get up to 5 sets.

Added some HIT training on top of it. Each exercise for 1 minute with 20 seconds of rest between exercises and 1 minute between sets. 2 sets.

Diamond push-ups (27,25)
Pull-ups (15,10)
Pike push-ups (25,22)
Hanging knee raises (30,30)
Chin-ups (13, 8)

Obviously need some work on the pull-ups.
