Burpees
Plank
Squat Calf Raises
Push-ups
Lunges
Side Plank Right
Side Plank Left

Workout 2: 4 Sets

20 Push-ups
Plank 60 seconds
Right Plank 30 seconds
Left Plank 30 seconds
30 Squat Calf Raises
Squat Sit 30 seconds
Leg Flutters 60 seconds

Pretty beat, but feeling good.
