Day 6, officially a rest day which means cardio, but I threw in some extra leg work as well.
Stairmaster 30 minutes at 155bpm
Leg extensions: 3×10
Hip flexors inner: 3×10
Hip flexors outer: 3×10
Hamstring curls: 3×10
Shoulder press: 3×10
Knee raises: 3×10
Threw in the shoulders since I do not have any shoulder work in my calisthenic routine that solely focuses on them. So walking should be fun tomorrow.
