I hate burpees, they are the antichrist. And then on top of that try doing leg flutters after burpees while sucking wind. Choice 1 breath, choice 2 count leg flutters. I kept losing count so I could breath to catch my breath.
So this mornings workout (might do another workout this afternoon):
3 sets: 1 minute per exercise, 1 minute break between sets
Leg Flutters 64,55,66 (think i really lost count on round 2)
Glute Bridges 40 all sets
Squat jumps 36,35,36
Plank 1 minute all sets
Total time: 25 minutes
