This is a great short workout. Definitely go for time. Just set my personal best at 8:58, took 35 second breaks between sets to cut down the time.

– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Tricep Dips
– 10 Push-ups

5 sets with 1 minute break in sets between

Optional:

 

– 1 Pull-up
– 10 Push-ups (1 set)
– 2 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 3 …

Continue adding one pull-up , all the way up to 10 sets
