Push-up/Plank pyramid

1-pushup
1 second plank
2 pushups
2 second plank

all the way up to 10 and than back down to 1.

2 sets, 1 minute of each exercise with 1 minute break between sets

Triangle push-ups 30,28
Pull-ups 15,12
Pike push-ups 25,22
Knee raises 30,30
Chin-ups 12,10
