was feeling good today and work let out early so decided to work out twice.
still feeling good.

Morning:

4 sets, each exercise for 30 seconds — 1 minute rest between sets:

Burpees (10 all sets)
Plank (30 seconds)
Squat Calf Raises (19,20,21,19)
Push-ups (22,22,21,21)
Lunges (7 both sides all sets)
Side Plank (right) (30 seconds)
Side Plank (left) (30 seconds)

Afternoon:

3 sets — 1 minute rest between sets:

20 Lunges
15 Squat Calf Raises
10 Squat Jumps
5 Front Jumps
30sec Squat Sit
