Happy New Year everyone.

New Year, new day, new goals.

After my 8 day hiatus of traveling down to the Key West and exploring the Dry Tortuga’s it is time to get back into the swing of things. Diet is going to be stricter, alcohol is not going to be a daily liquid supplement and goals are going to be achieved.

If you have never been to the Dry Tortuga’s, or even heard of Fort Jefferson, I highly recommend the journey. Pics are below. Let’s rock 2017 and be the best that we can be.

Today’s Workout:

Core and upper body:

3 sets, one minute of each exercise with 1 minute break between sets:

L-sit kickouts
Knee raises
Left side plank
Right side Plank

5 sets of each with 1 minute break between sets:
10 chin-ups
10 Archer push-ups
