First weigh in of the year: 169
Not bad since I came back from vacation a week ago at 174, assuming all of the alcohol is out of my system.
Todays work out consists of 3 sets of 20 with 1 minute break in between sets and a pull-up pyramid with pushups thrown in.
I’m trying to get all the way up to 10 pull-ups. Take a 1 minute break after each set of push-ups.
New personal best today: got through round 8.
