So legs are always fun, try this one:

3 sets, with 1 minute rest between sets:
40 Lunges (20 each leg)
30 squat calf raises
20 cross lunges
20 jump squats

Then — 30 seconds each exercise, 3 sets with 1 minute rest between sets:
Lunges 14,14,14
Leg flutters (40 each leg all sets)
Squat sit (30 seconds each set)
Glute Bridge 22,20,20
Squat jumps 25,23,22

Already having a hard time walking.
