Snow, snow and more snow in Raleigh, so that means about an inch. City pretty much shuts down. oh well. You really don’t need a gym anyways, floor and a pull-up bar work nicely.

Todays torture: 30 sec of each exercise, 4 sets with 1 minute rest between sets.

Burpee’s
Plank
Squat Calf Raises
Push-ups
Lunges
Side Plank (each side)

And since I’m snowed in.

1 minute of each exercise, 2 sets with 1 minute rest between sets.

Tricep dips
Push-ups
Chin-ups
In and Out Push-ups
Shoulder Diamonds
