So another two part routine.

First part:
10 chin-ups
10 archer push-ups

5 sets, with 1 minute rest between sets.

Second part:
1 minute each exercise, 3 sets with 1 minute break between sets

Squat jumps
Lunges
Push-ups
Burpees
Bodyweight rows.

Tomorrow is a rest day, might do some cardio, but I think it is definitely a rest day.
