Pull-up Pyramid with push-ups
1 minute break between sets

1 pull-up
10 push-ups
2 pull-ups
10 push-ups
3 pull-ups
10 push-ups

Continue until failure (I failed on the 10th set of pull-ups….new record).

5 sets with 1 minute rest between sets

10 chin-ups
10 archer push-ups

Burnout
1 minute each exercise; 1 minute rest between sets

Tricep dips (35,30)
Pseudo push-ups (25,20)
Chin-ups (14,15)
In-and-out push-ups (20,20)
Shoulder diamonds (35,35)

completely fried.
