Day 14 was a complete rest day. Didn’t do anything at all. I mean absolutely nothing. Get good, but odd at the same time.

Day 15: Woke up and knocked it out.

4 sets with 1 minute rest

20 pull-ups (15/5,13/7,13/7,10/10)
20 dips
20 Archer push-ups

I’m going to get those 20 pull-ups.

Now i’m trying to figure out how to consume my 3500 calories today. Seems like way to much food and breakfast alone is not happening. currently playing with my diet. I’ll let you know how it goes.
