Damnit I missed another day. January isn’t even over with yet and I’m already slacking on the blog.

Today was a pretty easy workout (or i’m getting stronger)

5 sets with 1 minute rest between sets:
10 Chin-ups
10 Archer push-ups

that’s it.

Followed it up with a great lunch of zucchini noodles and thai peanut chicken with sriracha sauce.
