Was talked into another push-up challenge: 200 a day for 30 days.

Push-ups:

50 decline
50 regular
50 diamond
50 wide

Legs:

3 sets with 1 minute break between sets:
– 30 Lunges (15each)
– 25 Squat Calf Raises
– 10 Forward Jumps
– 20 Squat Jumps

Abs:

3 sets with 1 minute break between sets:
10 L-Sit-Kick Out
20 Knee Raises
30 seconds Side Plank
30 seconds Side
