Today’s workout was relatively short, but very exhausting. Contemplated doing more but I was spent.
Pull-up and Push-up pyramid
Continue until 10 pull-ups. 1 minute rest between sets.
1 thru 5 than back down to one.
I managed this and then went back up to 3 and then back down again.
overall 88 pull-ups and 100 push-up in 17:23.
