Push-ups – 4 sets with 1 minute break between sets
20 diamond push-ups
10 archer push-ups
Pull-ups and Dip – 3 sets with 1 minute break between sets
This was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Did the first set easily enough. Second set I had to break down (10/5,20/10,9/6), third set I had to break the pull-ups and chin-ups into mini sets of 5.
But…..Got it done.
