Okay, day 34 was a rest day and a very horrific day at work (nothing like printing 25,000 units with a mistake). Not my problem, I just need to fix it.
Day 35: Full Body
3 sets with 1 minute rest between sets.
5 sets with 1 minute rest between sets (took about 50 minutes and I took more than a minute rest)
5 clap pull-ups
20 in-and-out push-ups
20 leg raises
