What did you do before 6 am?

Yeah, I couldn’t sleep so might as well wake up with a bang.

82 Pull-ups with a reverse pyramid
100 Push-ups 10 in-between each set of pull-ups

so how it went down. 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 9 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 8 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, keep going until you get down to 1 pull-up.
