So another great morning at 5am. kind of a little bit of everything this morning. Push-ups, pull-ups, squats and some core. If nothing else it got the body pumping and muscles a little toastie.

10 pull-ups
1 minute plank
1 minute side plank (30 sec each side)
30 squat calf raises
30 sec squat sit
1 minute leg flutters
