Some days you are just not motivated at all…..today was that day. Nothing like trying to get through a workout when all you want to do is go sit outside and drink a beer or 10. regardless to say i opted for the workout versus the beer. I also really need to stop taking pre-workout supplements, making me way to wiggy. Hopefully tomorrow is a better stronger day.

3 sets: one minute each exercise with 1 minute rest between sets.

Push-ups 38/34/30
Plank (all 1 minute)
Triceps 35/30/34
Glute Raises 38/38/38
