Been sleeping like shit lately. Just can’t shut my mind off. Woke up this morning at 4, was able to toss and turn until 5, then gave up and went to the gym.

Which was nice, because it is sunday and no one was there.

So 30 minutes of Cardio

4 sets of the following:

15 pull-ups
20 dips
20 archer push-ups
20 machine crunches
20 pulldown cable crunches
10 one leg leg extensions
