Needle on the scale is just not moving, but abs are starting to show. So I will just keep on this path for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Will not sacrifice muscle gain for the number on the scale. Maybe I need to change the name of this post from weigh-in Wednesday to what up Wednesday.
