so slacking again. Day 66 was uneventful. pretty much a rest day which means 30 minutes of cardio on the stair master. I am improving on this. Started out on level 6 and now cranking through level 10 for 30 minutes. so not bad.

Day 67: woke up and did a reverse pull-up ladder with 10 push-ups in-between each set.

10 pull-ups
10 push-ups
9 pull-ups
10 push-ups
8 pull-ups
10 push-ups

all the way down to 1 pull-up. Threw in an extra 10 pull-ups at the end just because.
