Day 68: all leg day and I am having issues, but at least I feel like I had a great work out.

3 set:

40 lunges
30 squat calf raises
20 cross lunges
20 squat jumps
Hamstring curls 40lb x 10 each leg
Leg extensions 50lbs x 10 each leg (explosive up, slow down)

Day 69: it’s suppose to be cardio.

don’t know if I can move my legs that well. Going to stretch and then head to the gym.


3 hours later…..40 minutes on the stair master really sucked.
