okay, my legs are still shot. They are not buckling anymore so that is good. Went back to an old fitness test I did about 8 weeks ago to see how I have improved.

So this is 2 sets, each exercise for 1 minute, 30 sec rest between exercises. 1 minute rest between sets. The number in parenthesis are the additional reps from the previous time.

Tricep Dips: 55/45 (10,5)
Pseudo Push-ups: 25/25(4/4)
Chin-ups: 25/20 (7/6)
In-and-out Push-ups: 30/26 (5/4)
Shoulder Diamonds: 50/44 (15/10)

It was painful, but well achieved. Feeling good today.
