So a little diet modification and some more self control, was able to hit 165.5. Really have to start ignoring the scale and focus just on appearance. Muscle will outweigh the flab so I realize I have to have a mind reset. so that being said, the image is a comparison of the last 13 weeks.

(lets make fun of my pants real quick….They are Thai fisherman pants and they are freaking comfortable. that’s all i have to say about them)
