Maybe 5am is to early to be working out. Unfortunately I do not like being at the gym for 2 hours at night, so knocking out part of the work out is kind of necessary.

AM workout.

3 sets, 15 seconds between exercises, with 1 minute in between sets

10 Planche push-ups
20 in-and-out push-ups
15 Pull-ups

PM work out will be cardio.
