Really short workout today.

Pull-up Pyramid to 10 with 10 pushups in between each set.

1 Pull-up
10 Push-ups
2 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
etc…..

I usually do this one backwards starting at 10 and going to 1. A lot easier this way. This is the first time to make it all the way to 10, so bonus points.

2nd part:

5 sets with 1 minute in-between sets.
10 chin-ups
10 push-ups
