This is actually one of my favorite workouts even though I still can not do it all the way through without breaking up the pull-ups into micro sets.

so 4 sets of each with 1 minute break in between sets.

20 pull-ups (17/3,17/3,16/4,15/5)
20 dips
20 archer push-ups

Took me about 30 minutes to complete. Vast improvement over the first time I did this routine. About 3 months ago I had to break the pull-ups into micro sets of 5. Getting Stronger.
