Stuffed Salmon with Crab Meat
4 oz Salmon
3 artificial crab sticks shredded (use real crab if you can afford it)
1 Tbs italisn bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic minced
chopped parsley to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients aside from the salmon. Fillet Salmon midway leaving about 1/4″ on the side. Fill with half of the crab stuffing and bake for 20 minutes. Remove salmon from oven and top wth the remainder of the stuffing and put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
If you want to be more decadent, add two tablespoons of cream cheese to the mix.
