Some days you wake up and look at your workout and think “Well that is going to be easy”. just to be wrong. So today was an upper body workout, that I hit with the mindset of I can just knock this out, make some breakfast and take a quick shower. Unfortunately, that mindset only lasted for the first set. I will be doing another 30 minutes of abs this evening, but here is my morning workout:

3 sets with one minute rest between sets

15 pull-ups
30 dips
15 chin-ups

The first set I knocked out pretty quick. The next two sets I had to break the pull-ups and chin-ups into sets of 10 and 5 for the 15.
