So I ran out of time this morning so no image of this weeks weigh-in, maybe I will get to it tonight.

What I had planned on doing this morning:

3 sets with 1 minute rest in between
50 burpees
50 lunges
50 push-ups

What I actually accomplished – total numbers

110 burpees
110 lunges
110 push-ups

Burpees suck.
