so today I did a reverse pull-up pyramid with 10 pushups in-between. usually this takes about 18 minutes because you are suppose to take a one minute breather between sets, but I wanted to see how fast I could crank this out. So, this is basically how it is suppose to go:

Time: 11:23, I think I can do better.
After that I took a ten minute break and did a regular pull-up pyramid, starting at 1 to 5 to 1 again. A little sore from the burpee experiment yesterday, but was quite pleased with this little morning performance prior to 5am.
