Burpees really suck. I know I say that every time, but they are just evil. I’m just glad I can do more than 10 without wanting to lay down and die. I’ve probably said that before too.

Anyways, quick 25 minute workout that will leave you exhausted.

Each exercise for 1 minute, with 20 second rest between exercises and 1 minute rest between each set.

1 set:
Burpees
Leg Flutters
Lunges
Glute Bridges
Squats
Plank
