Well at least my version of a perfect omelette, yours might differ, but it really depends on what you want to put into it. You might not like mine…..it has some heat.

Step 1: Prep

1 whole egg
5 Egg whites

Whipped to perfection

3 oz portabello mushroom
1 turkey breakfast sausage
1 Habanero

Sautéed until mushrooms are tender

Step 2: Heat the pan
I usually heat the pan for about 5 minutes to get it to the right temperature. omelettes are all about the temperature of the pan.

Heat a 9″ skillet over medium heat with coconut oil

Step 3: Add eggs

Once you pour the eggs in – don’t touch them, just let them cook until they are 85% cooked through

Step 4: Add Filler

Step 5: Add Cheese

Step 6: You need avocado

Step 7: Flip over

Step 8: Serve, but don’t forget the Sriracha
