Leg day destroyed me. could barely walk yesterday, so I did pretty much nothing yesterday accept hobble around. Obviously need to do more leg work.

Todays work:

4 sets of the following:

10 push-ups
10 archer push-ups
10 diamond push-ups

after that, did a pull-up pyramid to 10 with 10 push-ups in-between reps.

1 pull-up
10 push-ups
2 pull-ups
10 push-ups
3 pull-ups
10 push-ups

all the way to ten pull-ups.
