So took some time off and went to the Annapolis Sailboat show. Had a great time, found some future boats we want to invest in and one to potentially buy in the near future. One day the dream of sailing away will happen.

Annapolis has a bar every ten feet and great food to go with it. Was not very nice to my body. This week is going to be recovery from 3 days of complete crap and getting back on track for the next 6 weeks.

Todays workout:

pull-up ladder with 10 push-ups in-between pull-ups.

1 pull-up
10 push-ups
2 pull-ups
10 push-ups

All the way to ten. 30 seconds rest after the push-ups.

Followed that with 2 sets of 10 of the following:

Triangle push-ups
Knee Raises
Pike push-ups

Tonight I will be working on Cardio (stair master for 30 minutes), shoulders and Biceps.
