muscular-legsAhhhh, nothing like waking up and making your legs feel like jello. Never gets old and this one seems to get easier but always leaves me walking a little funny for the rest of the day and more than likely tomorrow.

3 sets: no rest between exercises. 1 minute between sets

40 lunges
30 squats
20 skater lunges

Doesn’t seem like much, but it is effective.
