Haven’t updated this in a while. Process image above is 18 months old and honestly I have gone up and down in the last 18 months, but I regained focus several months ago and I am back on track.

This blog is to chronicle my insanity as I try to achieve 8% body fat at 165lbs. Hopefully, it will inspire people to try to do what is out of their reach. It takes dedication, dedication that I wish I had when I was a lot younger, but so far so good. And it definitely is not about all of the get ripped quick schemes, they are all bullshit. However, it is a lot about diet (not dieting) and busting your ass at the gym.

March 11, 2015 :: 182 lbs/20.2 % body fat
September 4th, 2015 :: 165.4 lbs/11.4% body fat
May 22nd, 2017 :: 165 lbs/10.4% body fat
