I really ought to thank the person that coined the term “Dad Bod”, it really was the motivational push to really change my diet and workout habits. Really was never fat but did have that extra belly blubber which really symbolized the term. And all the pictures of celebs they were posting on line calling them Dad Bods. The only thing in my mind was “Oh hell no”.

So thank you Dad Bod coiner person. You can suck it too.
